Another piece of work at the GSA degree show that caught my eye was a three-dimensional typographic project by Alida Rosie Sayer. Taking inspiration from the cult novel Slaughterhouse Five, by Kurt Vonnegut, Alida’s project was centered around the concept of visualising time. Quotes from the novel were letterpressed onto drafting film which she then hand cut and hung in layers to create this curious warped effect.
